How to send us your item

1. Buy your repair service online.
2. Package your item. Include your order number and contact details in the package and any notes/sketches to show us the repair you want. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email.
3. Post your package to our Betws-y-Coed store team*
4. 4. We'll update you when we receive it and again when the work is complete, and we'll post it back to you.
